Monday
porridge
3 egg omelette with banana and blueberries
pork, roast potatoes, cauli and peas
snacks: brunch bar, fairy cake

run 3 miles ave. 13:15 min/miles
cycle to rodneys 7.2 miles 13:6mph
climb up rodneys 2.3miles 24:36  839ft
cycle home 7.3 miles 13.3 mph

Tuesday and onwards
tired with a niggly knee, rested today, Wednesday and then the rest of the week as just didn't get going again!
Also ate lots of sweets and chocolate.

Not good!!
